SHIPPING INSIDE FRANCE

- Delivery to a pickup point  (Shop2Shop): FREE for orders over €150. €5 for orders below €150.
Delivery within 2 to 3 business days.

- Home Delivery (Colissimo): €7
Signature required, delivery within 2 to 3 business days.

- Express Delivery (Chronopost): €15
Home delivery within 24 hours for orders placed before 12 PM.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

- European Union (Colissimo): free from €250 purchase or €15 for under this amount. Delivery to your doorstep with acknowledgement of receipt in 3 to 6 working days.

- Europe (DHL Express): free from €250 purchase or €25 for under this amount. Delivery to your doorstep with acknowledgment of receipt in 3 to 6 working days.

- Rest of the world (DHL Express): free from €250 purchase or €25 for under this amount. Delivery to your doorstep with acknowledgment of receipt in 3 to 8 working days.

DO YOU NEED TO RETURN A PRODUCT?

- If you’re not happy with your item, you have 15 days to send it back intact inside its original packaging.

- We don’t do exchanges, only refunds are possible.

- If the product is intact, we commit to refunding your purchase in the week following reception of the package.

RETURNING PRODUCTS (FREE)

1. Log in to your account on www.rivecour.com and click on “My Orders”.

2. Select the order and tick the product you would like to return.

3. Specify the reason for its return.

4. Download and print the prepaid label to stick on the package.

5. Slip the products into the package with the invoice and stick the label on the package. 

6. Go to your nearest office to drop off your package within 15 days.
