How to create my account ?

Click on the ACCOUNT tab in the banner at the top right of the menu then let yourself be guided.

Don't forget to subscribe to the newsletter to be informed of the latest gossip from our Butler!

I forgot my password!

During your next connection, click on "Forgotten password". You will receive a link by email in order to choose your new password.

Then you can manage your account again and track your orders.

How to subscribe or unsubscribe from the newsletter?

You can cancel your subscription to the newsletter from your online RIVECOUR account. . Go to MY ACCOUNT > MY PERSONAL INFORMATION > check or uncheck the small box “Subscribe to the newsletter”. You can also unsubscribe by clicking directly on “unsubscribe from this list” at the bottom of the last newsletter you received/

What is the purpose of my Rivecour account?

Your RIVECOUR account allows you to place and track your orders, retrieve your invoices, update your favorite delivery addresses, track your returns, and manage your subscriptions to our newsletter and email alerts for your favorite shoes.

How do I delete my account?

If you wish to delete your account, you can send us an email to majordome@rivecour.com. We will then proceed to delete your account and all your data.

You can access, modify or delete your personal data at any time in your account, in the "GRPD - Personal data" section.

Your favorite piece is out of stock?

Sign up for email alerts on the product page after selecting your size. You will receive a notification when the product is back in stock.

Modify my order

We do not do a standard exchange, if you want a new size, another product, or another color, just place an order on our site and send us a return request.

Returns are free from Metropolitan France.

Is it possible to modify my order once confirmed?

Modification of an order is only possible if it has not yet been shipped. Please write immediately to majordome@rivecour.com indicating your order number received by e-mail so that we can take your request into account.

 Express (Chronopost) : € 15. Delivery to your doorstep in 24 hrs for all orders made before 12am from Monday to Friday.

When your order is shipped, a tracking number is sent to you by email. Use this tracking number on the tracking system of your selected delivery mode:

-    Sending to Metropolitan France and the European Union: Colissimo or Chronopost

-    Shipping in Europe (outside the EU) and the rest of the world: DHL

RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Want to return a product ?

 If you want to return one of your item, you have 15 days, from receipt of your purchase, to send it back intact inside its original packaging.

 Returns are offered from Metropolitan France and at your expense from International.

 Only refunds are possible, if you want to order an item in a different size, a different design or another color, place a new order on rivecour.com

 If the product is intact, we commit to refunding your purchase in the week following reception of the package.

Return a product from Metropolitan France

1. Log in to your account on www.rivecour.com and click on “My Orders”.

2. Select the order and tick the product you would like to return.

3. Specify the reason for its return.

4. Our customer service will quickly send you a pre-paid label to print and stick on your package.

5. Slide your products to be returned and their invoice into the package on which you will stick the prepaid label.

6. Go to your nearest post office to drop off your package (free of charge) within 15 days of the validation of your return.

Return a product from International

1. Log in to your account on www.rivecour.com and click on “My Orders”.

2. Select the order and tick the product you would like to return.

3. Specify the reason for its return.

4. Once the return has been accepted by our customer care service, print the return form and slip it inside the package.

5. Ship your package to the following address:

Refund period

• If the product is returned to us in unused and undamaged condition and in its original packaging, we will refund your purchase within 10 working days of receiving your package.

• The refund will be credited back to the card or PayPal account used to purchase the returned product.

SHOE CARE & SHOEMAKING
How should I take care of my Rivecour shoes?

• Remember to remove the protective film under the soles before you start wearing your shoes.

• If your shoes have leather outsoles, ask your cobbler to add toe taps on them after a few uses.

• Waterproof your shoes regularly to protect them from water and stains.

• For smooth leathers, apply a non-greasy leather care cream to using a clean, dry cloth. For velvet leathers, use a “suede” cleaner.

• After a few months of wear, visit your local cobbler! It’s time to have your heels changed (the part of the heel that comes in contact with the ground).

• We don’t recommend wearing your shoes two days in a row: leather needs to breathe!

How should I take care of my leather pieces?

To take care of your leather pieces, we advise you to pass a moisturizing milk to nourish it. Then, using a chamois cloth, make circular movements, this will bring it shine.

How to take care of fancy leathers?

Fancy leathers are very delicate materials.

We recommend that you regularly wipe with a soft cloth to remove all impurities.

Your pieces can loose their shine with the friction and moisture of the natural perspiration of the foot.

How do I take care of my suede shoes?

To maintain your suede shoes, we recommend that you store them carefully in a box so that they do not collect dust.

Be sure to waterproof them regularly and avoid wearing them on a rainy day.

How do I clean my sneakers?

So that your sneakers always remain as new, we recommend that you regularly wipe a damp cloth over your shoes.

The protective rubber toe tap

Most of our shoes already have a protective rubber toe tap, so you don't need to put one.

However, some of our shoes do not have a protective rubber toe tap.

Your shoes are therefore protected by a plastic film which must be removed before wearing them. Indeed, it protects your leather sole from dust. In this case, we advise you to ask a shoemaker to add a protective rubber toe tap after a few wears, this will prolong the life of your shoes.

What if my product has a defect?

We take infinite care in the quality of our products and have a whole team that takes care of this. However, if a product has a defect, we invite you to contact our Butler at majordome@rivecour.com.

Don't forget to attach pictures, this will help us provide you with the best possible solution.

Where are Rivecour shoes made?

All our shoes and bags are made in Portugal in the noble tradition of hand craftsmanship.

Where do the leathers come from?

The leathers we use come from the European Union: France, Italy and Spain.

Where and how are your packaging made?

• Our stationery (boxes, leaflets, door hangers) comes entirely from the European Union. The pouches that protect your shoes are handcrafted in a family workshop in Portugal.

• All our stationery (boxes, leaflets, door hangers) as well as our bags that protect your shoes are made from recycled materials. We use recycled cotton for the pouches. Boxes are 65% recycled and stationery 100%.
